Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 22, 2026
UptimePulse ("we," "us," or "our") operates the uptimepulse.betaprojects.xyz website and related services. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights — in plain language.
1. What We Collect
We keep data collection to an absolute minimum. The only personal information we collect is:
- Email address — submitted voluntarily via our waitlist form. Used solely to notify you when UptimePulse launches or when we have important updates.
We do not collect names, phone numbers, company details, IP addresses, or any other personally identifiable information at this stage.
2. How We Process Your Email
Waitlist submissions are handled by Web3Forms, a third-party form processing service. When you submit your email, Web3Forms securely transmits it to our designated inbox. We do not store submissions on our own servers.
Web3Forms processes data over HTTPS and stores submissions encrypted at rest. For details on their practices, refer to the Web3Forms Privacy Policy.
3. What We Don't Do
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your email to anyone.
- We do not use your email for marketing unrelated to UptimePulse.
- We do not use tracking cookies or analytics at this time.
- We do not run third-party ads or share data with advertisers.
4. Cookies & Future Analytics
The UptimePulse website currently uses no cookies and no analytics tracking. If we add analytics tools in the future (e.g., a privacy-focused solution like Plausible or Fathom), we will update this policy accordingly. Any future analytics will be cookie-free and fully GDPR-compliant.
5. Data Retention
Your email address is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill its purpose — notifying you about UptimePulse. If you unsubscribe or request deletion, your email is permanently removed from our records.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you (which is your email address).
- Request deletion of your data at any time.
- Opt outof any future communications by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email we send.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@flipcodex.com. We will process deletion requests within 7 business days.
7. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your data. All form transmissions occur over HTTPS. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's Privacy
UptimePulse is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any significant changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
